Venus enters Sagittarius: Learning from Each Other

On November 16, 01:09 AM ET, Venus leaves Scorpio to enter Sagittarius, where she is going to remain until December 9. This shift increases our desire to learn from each other and explore relationships as a tool for self-development and self-knowledge. The ingress of Venus in Sagittarius inspires us to harmonize our desire for freedom and independent exploration of life with our need for connection and intimacy.

Venus is the first planet that enters Sagittarius in a few days’ time frame, as Mercury, the Sun, and the Moon are following shortly. The emphasis on the sign of the Centaur is going to be strong for the upcoming weeks: for this reason, we have an opportunity to deepen our relationship with this archetype in a variety of ways.

Venus from Scorpio to Sagittarius: Relationships as Catalysts for Expansion

In Astrology Venus, the planetary ruler of Taurus and Libra, is associated with our romantic and social life, with our connection with our bodies, with Nature, and with ourselves, with our relationship with abundance, money, and wealth, with our value systems, with our ability to appreciate our sensuality and the pleasures of life. Transits of Venus reflect shifts in our experience of relationships, values, and finances, as well as in our receptivity and self-worth.

During the journey of Venus through Scorpio, our experience of relationships gets more passionate, visceral, and obsessive. We are drawn to value intense exchanges, we aim to establish intimacy and merge with others on all levels. Our relationship with ourselves has also deepened throughout these past weeks, and we had opportunities to get to know ourselves, our psychology, and our relating patterns in a more profound way.

Venus entering Sagittarius brings more playful and cheerful energy into the relationship sphere and inspires us to value everything that contributes to expanding our awareness, our knowledge, and our horizons. This transit correlates with a desire to embody and be surrounded by authenticity and spontaneity, and it catalyzes an urge to reconnect and honor our natural, most instinctual selves. Venus in Sagittarius inspires us to value pursuits, activities, people, and settings that add a sense of purpose and meaning to our lives, and to focus on our self-discovery journey.

Venus sextile Saturn, opposite Mars, square Neptune and Jupiter

During her transit through Sagittarius, Venus is going to form a sextile to Saturn in Aquarius, oppose retrograde Mars in Gemini, and square Neptune and Jupiter in Pisces.

On December 1, Venus perfects both her sextile to Saturn and her opposition to Mars. The Venus-Saturn sextile facilitates considerate financial choices and investments and inspires us to value clarity, commitment, and consistency in relationships. The Venus-Mars opposition, however, reflects some tension between our needs, desires, and values and those of others. As Mars is in retrograde motion, there is still likely to be some confusion relative to what we desire and why: discussions and confrontations within our relationships may inspire further reflection on the true intentions and motivations behind our choices.

On December 4, Venus squares Neptune in Pisces. This aspect underlines the necessity to be discerning and grounded, both in our relationships and in our financial choices. Our imagination and creativity will be highly supported by this transit, and dwelling in fantasy can be more tempting than usual. If our expectations, particularly of other people, are too unrealistic, disillusionment could be a necessary experience for us to realign with Truth.

A few days later, on December 9, shortly before entering Capricorn Venus squares Jupiter in the late degrees of Pisces. Their alignment increases our desire to be out and about, meet new people, be social, and have fun and corresponds to tendencies to overindulge and overspend. The Venus-Jupiter square represents an invitation to be mindful of the risks of excessive idealism and generosity and offers us an opportunity to ask ourselves how much of our giving may be unconsciously rooted in an expectation to get something back.

Venus enters Sagittarius: Learning from Each Other

After an intense Eclipse season, during which Venus has had a prominent role, the changes in values, relationships, and finances that have been taking place are still landing and consolidating.

Venus’s journey through Sagittarius increases our desire to discover our personal truth, honor it, and share it with others. It inspires us to explore systems of beliefs or philosophies that provide us with guidance and help us make sense of our experiences. At this time, we are particularly invested in finding out the deeper lesson of what we are going through.

As a Yang, Fire, and Mutable archetype, Sagittarius is all about expansion. The ingress of Venus in the sign can bring a newfound desire to expand our social circles, get to know a variety of people, and explore unfamiliar social settings. At the same time, it will inspire us to connect with ourselves in entirely new ways, and maybe invest more money, time, and energy into personal growth, self-development, and self-exploration. The relationships we will feel drawn to cultivate and nurture the most are those that enrich us and simulate us, supporting our expansion, our growth, and our self-knowledge.

Super Full Moon in Sagittarius: Attuning to Truth

On June 14, 07:51 AM ET, we experience a Super Full Moon at 23º24’ Sagittarius, an invitation to attune to Truth and follow our inner guidance.

This is the first Super Moon of 2022: the Moon appears bigger and brighter, as she is reaching fullness while transiting closer than usual to Earth. The Full Moon of the month of June is also popularly referred to as the Strawberry Moon. This name derives from the fact that it coincides with the season of strawberries in the Northern hemisphere of the globe and used to mark the time for their harvest.

Super Full Moon in Sagittarius: Following Inner Guidance

Full Moons bring things to a head: they mark the culmination point of the lunar cycle, the moment of maturation and blossoming of the seeds we planted on the New Moon. From now on, the Moon begins to wane and receives less and less light each night. During the second half of the lunar month, we are being encouraged to gradually slow down until the next cycle begins.

Full Moons take place when the Moon opposes the Sun, aligning on the same degree of opposite Zodiac sign. The Sun-Moon opposition brings to light subconscious material, facilitates clarity and revelations, and offers us an opportunity to gain more awareness of our emotional world.

In this case, the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity is activated: this is the axis of learning, communicating, studying, and teaching. These archetypes have to do with our way of interpreting and perceiving the world, making sense of life, interfacing with our environment, and integrating into familiar and unfamiliar surroundings. While Gemini’s learning style is theoretical, inductive, and logical, Sagittarius’ is intuitive, experiential, and deductive. Through Sagittarius, we explore past our comfort zone and get to synthesize our life experiences into a coherent guiding philosophy or belief system.

Embodied Knowledge & Experiential Learning

The Super Full Moon in the sign of the Centaur marks a shift in our experience and perception of reality. When the Moon travels through Sagittarius, we feel inspired to pursue the expansion of our consciousness through a variety of experiences, and we seek direct ways to discover more about ourselves and life. The Full Moon here indicates a need to make sense of what happens to and around us through a philosophical or cosmological framework, as well as an inclination to share our knowledge with others. It can be seen as an invitation to let go of old ways of learning and of making sense of reality.

super full moon in sagittarius

Through Sagittarius, we explore the difference between embodied knowledge and intellectual understanding, and we gain awareness of the value of learning from direct experience. This Super Full Moon in Sagittarius encourages us to attune to Truth and to trust where our intuition leads us. It inspires us to look at the path ahead with optimism and confidence in ourselves, in our capacities, and in what the Universe has in store for us.

Sun & Moon square Neptune, Full Moon sextile Saturn

The Sagittarius Super Full Moon is in aspect to both Neptune and Saturn. The square between the Sun, the Moon, and Neptune in Pisces can reflect a sense of confusion relative to what our truth is, who we are, what we want, and what we feel. It points to the possibility of having hard times distinguishing fact from fiction, truth from wishful thinking.

Sun, Moon, and Neptune form what is technically called a T-square configuration, a pattern involving three signs of the same modality, in this case, Mutable, connected by 90º angles. The only sign that is missing in the picture represents the way to find balance. Virgo is the Mutable archetype that is not being activated and offers us the key to navigating this energy constructively. Virgo reminds us of the value of discernment, of being practical, of finding order in chaos, and of being conscious and selective relative to what we consume, particularly in terms of information.

The simultaneous activation of Neptune and Saturn can generate some ambiguity, as these planets have contrasting functions and energies. When Neptune is active, our increased sensitivity, empathy, and attunement to what is going on in the collective highlights the need to set and hold proper boundaries relative to what we are available to experience at any moment. The activation of Saturn, trine the Sun and sextile the Moon, inspires us to be pragmatic and deal maturely with the feelings that come up: it is helping us remain grounded in the present moment.

Mars conjunct Chiron in Aries: Opportunities for Healing

Mars, currently in his home sign of Aries, has been separating from Jupiter and approaching Chiron. While the Mars-Jupiter conjunction, which has been active for the first half of this lunar cycle, has been a dynamic and energizing influence, the Mars-Chiron conjunction, which is almost exact, brings an entirely different vibe.

Their alignment represents an invitation to heal our relationship with the Masculine and with our inner Warrior. It is an opportunity to strengthen our confidence in our instinct, in our impulses, in our right to take space and assert ourselves. It inspires us to reflect on our relationship with our desires, with leadership, with taking risks, with taking new directions courageously. Mars conjunct Chiron encourages us to accept the fact that following our personal path often involves facing experiences of rejection. It invites us to be willing to embrace the sacrifices and the pain that going after our desires requires.

Venus conjunct Uranus & North Node in Taurus: Changes in Values & Relationships

As the Full Super Moon takes place, Venus is conjunct Uranus and the North Node in Taurus. The Venus-Uranus conjunction may shake up our security and disrupt our current comfort zone. Its purpose is to inspire a change in our values, relationships, ways of making an income, and in our way of connecting with and taking care of Nature.

Uranus is associated with our personal genius and our attunement to the future. Its energy manifests on the mental plane, while Taurus and Venus are both physical archetypes, connected to the body and its earthiness. During these days, we may notice a contrast between our desire for excitement, adventure, stimulation, freedom, and new experiences, versus a need for life to feel secure, comfortable, and predictable.

super full moon in sagittarius

The Venus-Uranus conjunction is happening on the Lunar North Node, the point in space indicating our evolutionary path and way to counterbalance existing tendencies and ways of being. This alignment has the potential to help us break free from enmeshed relationships and unhealthy emotional attachments that are preventing our growth.

Venus, Uranus, & North Node square Saturn: Remembering our Inherent Worth

Venus, Uranus, and the North Node are all in a square aspect to Saturn in Aquarius. Their alignment brings up the need to address those places where our self-worth and self-love depend on others’ approval or validation. It inspires us to become more confident in the inherent value and beauty of our authentic expression, independently of how it is received.

Themes associated with the Saturn-Uranus square, the characterizing aspect for 2021, will get into the spotlight again as Saturn is now retrograde and is getting closer to Uranus. Collectively, this will once again highlight the conflict between those working to promote innovation and freedom and revolutionize obsolete systems, and those trying to preserve the old and the known by imposing more restrictive rules and regulations.

Saturn’s square to the Lunar Nodes has been active for a couple of months and will continue to be active for several weeks. It highlights the need to make sure we aren’t avoiding commitment and responsibility and that our commitments are still in integrity with our values. This aspect invites reflection on what structures we desire to build and what contributions we are willing to make to serve our community and promote the advancement of society as a whole.

Super Full Moon in Sagittarius: Trusting our Instinct & our Intuition

The Super Full Moon culminates a six-month cycle that started on December 4, 2021, with a Total Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius. For this reason, it may bring up themes and issues that came up while the South Node was transiting through Sagittarius, during 2021 and the second half of 2020. Something to be mindful of are the dangers of dogmatism and arrogance, of believing our truth is the only truth, of being unwilling to listen to others’ viewpoints and opinions, and contributing to situations of polarization, something we worked on intensely while the South Node was in Sagittarius.

Jupiter is the planetary ruler of Sagittarius and rules this Full Moon. Jupiter has recently entered Aries, inspiring bold action and enthusiastic risk-taking. This is emphasizing the value of starting new chapters, trusting our instinct, and taking new directions as an experiential way to deepen our wisdom and reach a clearer sense of authenticity in our lives. The Super Full Moon that is taking place will inspire us to refine our relationship to Truth, connect with our intuition, and release beliefs and ways of making sense of reality that don’t resonate any longer.

Mercury enters Sagittarius: Thirst for Knowledge

On November 24, 10:37 AM ET, Mercury leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius: the planet of thought and communication will remain in the sign of the Centaur until December 13. Mercury in Sagittarius is a natural teacher with a strong thirst for knowledge, able to engage enthusiastically with a variety of topics and to find meaningful connections between seemingly disparate fields.

While Mercury in Scorpio is laser-focused and obsessive in its investigations and analysis, Mercury in Sagittarius is more concerned with the big picture than with details and aims to gain a global vision of any issue. During this transit, our perception of reality will be more optimistic, expansive, and buoyant, while our levels of suspicion, secrecy, and distrust will decrease.

Mercury and Sagittarius: Contrasting Tendencies

Mercury rules the rational mind, logical processes, and the way we tend to learn. It corresponds to how we deal with daily life tasks, solve problems, communicate, and make decisions that require discernment. Mercury’s transits inform us of shifts in our perception of reality, our way of thinking, communicating, and putting together the information we gather from our environment.

Mercury enters Sagittarius

Mercury is traditionally considered “debilitated” in Sagittarius, as it is the sign opposite one of Mercury’s domiciles, Gemini. Mercury is about details, while Sagittarius is about the big picture, Mercury is about inductive reasoning and the left brain hemisphere, and Sagittarius is about deductive reasoning and the right brain hemisphere. These archetypes have contrasting tendencies, but the tension generated by this contrast can indeed ignite our creativity and inspire us to expand our mental horizons. Missing out on some detail may end up stimulating our capacity for unconventional problem solving and generating new learning opportunities.

Mercury enters Sagittarius: Enthusiastic Communication & Thinking

During the journey of Mercury through Sagittarius, our communication and thinking are likely to be more expansive and enthusiastic. We will feel an increased mental restlessness, we may tend to get distracted easier than we normally do, and we could dwell more than usual on big future plans, ideals, and aspirations. A tendency to be dogmatic, arrogant, and impose our beliefs and worldview on others represents something to be mindful of.

Both Mercury and Sagittarius are associated with travel, respectively with short term and short distance travel and long term and long-distance travel. This transit may inspire us to move around in whatever way is available to us at the moment to explore different settings, cultures, worldviews, and environments and enrich our knowledge and understanding of life through direct experience.

Mercury conjunct South Node, trine Chiron, and sextile Saturn

Shortly after entering Sagittarius, Mercury will join the South Node of the Moon at 1 degree of the sign. Mercury is currently the ruler of the North Node of the Moon, now in the opposite sign of Gemini. When the North Node ruler joins the South Node, it also opposes the North Node and points to the need to relive the past to be able to move forward. Mercury conjunct the South Node could bring up some unfinished and unresolved issues, particularly involving communication, travels, and learning, giving us a chance to complete karmic cycles and gain new wisdom.

Mercury enters Sagittarius

On November 30, Mercury forms a trine to Chiron in Aries and a sextile to Saturn in Aquarius. Mercury trine Chiron may help us make sense of the purpose of experiences of rejection: coming across new information may help us gain a better psychological understanding of old wounds that are still affecting us. Mercury sextile Saturn helps us thrive in the mundane reality, supporting our capacity to focus, organize our time wisely, deal with daily tasks and obligations, and structure our learning efforts.

Mercury square Neptune & sextile Jupiter

Mercury in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces on December 7, an aspect indicating a sense of confusion and brain fog: difficulties concentrating on the task at hand and a tendency to get lost in the realms of endless possibilities could generate some frustration. This aspect magnifies our intuitive faculties and our creativity: nonetheless, at first, we may have difficulties expressing what we are perceiving and feeling linearly and logically.

Lastly, on December 11, Mercury forms a sextile with Jupiter: this alignment can promote a new understanding of the process we have just been going through, helping us bridge rationality and intuition. Mercury sextile Jupiter reflects an optimistic and generous attitude, inspires us to think big, supports our curiosity and our desire to invest more energy in all learning processes.

Mercury in Sagittarius: Thirst for Knowledge

Throughout the upcoming weeks, a desire to get familiar with different cultures, traditions, beliefs, and ways of perceiving the world may inspire us to get out of our comfort zone and try to study something we normally would not dare to approach. In particular, we may feel inspired to dive deeper into anthropology, sociology, cosmology, philosophy, religion, spirituality, and metaphysics to make better sense of our reality and our experiences.

Mercury enters Sagittarius

This transit has the potential to infuse our minds with positive energy, and it can help us embrace a positive and enthusiastic outlook on life. Mercury’s journey through Sagittarius will increase our thirst for knowledge, experience, and understanding: during this time, we are likely to have opportunities to expand our consciousness through higher studies, travel, and cultural exchanges.

Sagittarius Season 2021: Newfound Faith

On November 21, 9:34 PM ET, the Sun leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius, where it will transit until the Winter Solstice, taking place on December 21. Sagittarius season 2021 inaugurates a period of inner and outer expansion, philosophical pondering, and desire to discover the purpose of our life.

After a period of intensity, unpredictability, and deep transformation, the Sun traveling through Sagittarius lightens up our spirit. This time of the year inspires us to connect with a newfound sense of hope and faith and investigate the meaning of what we have been going through. This season is an invitation to trust our intuition and explore different ways of perceiving truth, existence, and purpose: it is a time to connect with our spontaneity and authenticity and find our natural voice.

From Scorpio to Sagittarius: Searching for Meaning

Wherever the Sun is transiting our conscious awareness goes: we are now shifting from a Yin, Fixed Water archetype to a Yang, Mutable Fire archetype. The transition from Scorpio to Sagittarius corresponds to a drive to externalize our focus and attention: following a period of introspection and emotional processing, a desire to move in different directions and make new experiences begins to arise.

Sagittarius is associated with long-term and long-distance travel, with a desire to get out of our comfort zone and explore something foreign. Ruled by Jupiter, the biggest planet of the Solar System, this archetype aims for perpetual expansion and growth, as it sees life as an adventure and an ongoing quest to discover more of the Universe and of ourselves. As a Mutable sign, Sagittarius is inherently versatile and adaptable, naturally driven to investigate new cosmologies, philosophies, and cultural traditions. As a Fire sign, the tendency is to gravitate towards action, freedom, and novelty.

The Sun’s yearly transit through the sign of the Centaur increases our thirst for knowledge and our urge to explore life and gain more wisdom. At this stage of evolution, we follow our impulses and desires: we learn intuitively from our experiences through deductive reasoning and an ongoing process of trial and error.

Sagittarius Season 2021: Eclipses and Lunations

During Sagittarius season 2021, we will witness a New Moon Total Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius and a Full Moon in Gemini. The Total Solar Eclipse takes place on December 4 on the South Node of the Moon. It is the last Eclipse in Sagittarius until 2029, as the Lunar Nodes are changing signs in January, entering Taurus and Scorpio. When Eclipses take place on the South Node of the Moon, they catalyze a process of purging of past patterns and energies and invite us to purify from what no longer serves us.

These cosmic events usually bring up unresolved and unprocessed issues and give us an opportunity to go through them. In the sign of Sagittarius, we may have to let go of belief systems we have been identifying with, and ways of making sense of life that no longer feel true. In addition, during the Solar Eclipse, Neptune will be powerfully activated as it will be stationary direct. The emphasis on the modern ruler of Pisces could intensify the sense of confusion that often comes up when we detach from the old and experience a void before the new manifests. Neptune invites us to surrender and trust life as we go through major changes, even if we don’t understand their purpose yet.

Sagittarius Season 2021

The Full Moon in Gemini happens on December 19, and it will coincide with Venus stationing retrograde in conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn. This lunation culminates a cycle that began with the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini of June 10 and brings to maturation and completion what we started back then. At the time of the Gemini Full Moon, information and data previously unknown could come to light and generate important changes in our perception of reality. The Venus-Pluto conjunction intensifies the energy of the day and sets in motion a journey of deep reassessment of our relationships and values.

Sagittarius Season 2021: the Sun in Aspect

On November 28, the Sun joins the South Node of the Moon on the first degree of Sagittarius, illuminating issues around self-confidence and inviting us to detach from old identities and purposes that no longer resonate. Almost simultaneously, on November 29, Sun and Mercury join in conjunction, also known as Cazimi. Again, as this aspect takes place on the South Node, it can correspond to a process of purging and purification from ideas and beliefs that no longer serve us, which will create space for new insights to emerge.

The Sun sextiles Saturn in Aquarius on November 30, an alignment that supports our motivation, our capacity to be disciplined, structured, and get things done efficiently. On the same day, the Sun will trine Chiron in Aries, an aspect facilitating new awareness of wounds relative to past experiences of rejection, which may help us elaborate and understand the patterns that resulted from these.

Later, on December 12, the Sun squares Neptune in Pisces, reflecting a sense of confusion around our identity and purpose. We may experience doubts relative to how we express ourselves. Issues with self-confidence, boundaries, and discernment, paired with stronger sensitivity, intuition, and emotionality, may result in a desire to withdraw from exposure and visibility, which in turn may inspire us to deepen our spiritual practice.

On December 20, the harmonic sextile between Sun and Jupiter in Aquarius, ruler of Sagittarius, supports our optimism and faith, promoting a positive and proactive attitude and mental dynamism, offering us new opportunities to learn and expand our horizons.

Sagittarius Season 2021: Newfound Faith

Some of the shadows of Sagittarius are dogmatism, arrogance, a tendency to identify with one’s beliefs and worldviews and push them on others. Since several planets will cross the South Node in the sign during the upcoming weeks, these issues are likely to be emphasized and brought to light. In addition, during Sagittarius season 2021, Venus begins her retrograde journey through Capricorn, bringing up what needs to be reviewed and restructured in our relationships, values, and finances. This process will naturally inspire us to reassess our priorities, beliefs, and what is meaningful to us, leading to a change in our relationship with ourselves.

Sagittarius Season 2021

We are entering a time of the year meant to help us expand our understanding of the nature of reality, of the Universe, and of ourselves. Throughout the upcoming weeks, we will feel drawn to reflect on our system of beliefs, dwell on existential questions and philosophical musings, and connect with our personal truth and our faith. Sagittarius season represents an opportunity to embody more authenticity and integrity by working on establishing a better alignment between our inner and outer realities.

Venus enters Sagittarius: Authentic Love

On October 7, 07:21 AM ET, Venus left Scorpio and enters Sagittarius. Venus will be in Sagittarius until November 5, catalyzing an expansion of our romantic and social life and inspiring us to focus on our personal development journey.

While traveling through the sign of the Centaur, Venus wants a love that is authentic and honest: her goal is to establish connections that support our personal growth without restricting our freedom.

Venus: Romance, Abundance, and Receptivity

In Astrology, Venus is associated with love, finances, beauty, art, self-esteem, self-value, and self-worth. This planet correlates to our taste, to what we find enjoyable, and to our capacity to be open to pleasurable experiences. Venus informs us of our relationship with money, abundance, and receptivity, which in turn is an indicator of how we treat ourselves and respond to our desires and needs.

Venus’ rulership of both Libra and Taurus reflects the connection between the relationship we have with ourselves and the relationships we form with others. It reminds us of how building a solid foundation of self-love and self-respect is what we need to do in order to create healthy, loving, and supportive bonds with other people.

Venus enters Sagittarius: Authentic Love

Transits of Venus mark shifts in our values and inform us of our changing orientation to relationships and financial matters. Venus’ journey through Scorpio reflects an all-or-nothing, passionate, emotional relating style, and a tendency to hold on tightly to what we value. Here, the Goddess of Love is not afraid to go into the darkest corners of our psyche and navigate the depth of our feelings. Venus in Scorpio craves intimacy and desires to establish connections based on a foundation of deep loyalty and trust.

Venus in Sagittarius reflects a lighter and more expansive approach to relationships. As Sagittarius is a Yang Mutable Fire archetype, the focus is on making a variety of experiences that excite us and stimulate us, supporting our journey of self-knowledge.

venus enters sagittarius

While Venus is in Sagittarius, we value authenticity, freedom, spontaneity, lightheartedness, and humor, and we seek to broaden our understanding of reality. There is usually a stronger desire to have fun and enjoy life, which may lead to overspending and overextending ourselves socially. During this transit, we tend to buy experiences rather than things, and we may feel more restless than usual: our cravings for adventures and excitement is likely to increase.

Venus conjunct the Lunar South Node & trine Chiron

On October 10, Venus is exactly conjunct the South Node of the Moon. We have already been feeling this aspect, and it will remain active for a few more days. The pull of the South Node is very strong: it is a pull of remembrance, a pull that feels familiar. The South Node corresponds to our karmic past and to the pull of those tendencies more strongly ingrained in us.

When planets join the Lunar South Node, they bring up unresolved past issues and karma to set in motion a purging process and facilitate healing. Venus conjunct the South Node exposes repetitive relationship patterns and invites us to release our attachment to them: we will have chances to break karmic cycles and begin new ones.

A few days later, on October 16, Venus in Sagittarius trines retrograde Chiron in Aries. Chiron is an asteroid associated with the figure of the wounded healer, a central factor in the path of individuation, and it often corresponds to experiences of rejection. During its journey through Aries, Chiron has been bringing up wounds relative to self-assertion, decision-making, and challenges with trusting our instinct and owning our desires.

The trine is an aspect of flow and ease: Venus trine Chiron facilitates healing processes happening through relationships. Connecting with others can help us elaborate feelings of rejection and rebuild a sense of self-esteem and self-worth. In turn, this can strengthen our capacity to trust our desires and go after what we want with confidence.

Venus sextile Saturn and Jupiter & Venus square Neptune

During her transit through Sagittarius, Venus will sextile Saturn and Jupiter in Aquarius, and square Neptune in Pisces. Venus sextile Saturn, exact on October 13, tends to increase our need and desire for security, reliability, and stability. This alignment represents a supportive influence for the consolidation of relationships, friendships, and business partnerships, for creative and artistic collaborations, and for saving, investing, and gaining money.

venus enters sagittarius

Venus then squares retrograde Neptune in Pisces. Venus corresponds to romantic love, while Neptune corresponds to unconditional and divine love. The exact alignment happens on October 26 and will point out the dangers of excessive and mismanaged idealism: falling in love with people’s potential and being blind to reality are typical tendencies linked to hard contacts between these planets. We may expand excessively, we may chase a fantasy and experience disillusionment.

The square is an aspect of friction and conflict that reflects difficulties integrating the energies involved. This tension channeled into artistic and spiritual pursuits can generate motivation to produce touching works of art and deepen our connection with the Divine. Venus square Neptune reminds us of how mastering relationships is an integral part of our spiritual path.

Venus sextile Jupiter, exact on October 28, represents a favorable influence for the areas of romance, friendships, and money. Artistic and creative pursuits will be supported, while lucky encounters and financial opportunities are also likely.

Venus enters Sagittarius: Commitment to Freedom

The journey of Venus through the sign of the Centaur will bring a lighthearted and expansive attitude in both relationship and financial matters: many of us will feel inspired to go on adventures, be more often out and about, make new experiences, and meet new people.

Venus entering Sagittarius encourages us to open up to life, embrace its diversity, and discover what it can offer us. During this transit, we may experience a conflict between our drive to explore and experience life and our desire for love and connection. It is advised to make sure that our increased need for freedom doesn’t become an excuse to avoid commitments and responsibilities.

Through a conscious expression of this energy, we learn that freedom is not incompatible with commitment, but rather it is enhanced by the personal growth and maturation that come as a consequence of commitment. Venus traveling through Sagittarius represents an invitation to see relationships as a tool to expand our consciousness, increase our self-knowledge, and broaden our philosophical understanding of reality.

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini: Thoughts Create Reality

On June 10, 06:52 AM ET, we experience a New Moon Annular Solar Eclipse at 19°42’ of Gemini. Eclipses have long-term effects, they are portals of sudden change, and often mark new beginnings and sudden endings. These powerful alignments catalyze fast and unexpected events that can correlate with pivotal turning points, both in our personal lives and in the history of humanity.

This is the second Eclipse of the current Eclipse season, and the last one happening in the sign of the Twins until 2029. The Solar Eclipse in Gemini follows a Total Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius, begins a new lunar month and a larger six-month cycle of growth, culminating with a Full Moon in Gemini on December 18, 2021.

The Solar Eclipse in Gemini reminds us that our thoughts create our reality. This cosmic event is inviting us not to get too attached to our beliefs and habitual thinking patterns, encouraging us to explore new ways of perceiving our experiences.

To celebrate the arrival of this New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini, on June 10 at 9:45 PM ET, we are hosting Global Live New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini Meditation on our YouTube channel. We invite you to join us, and invite others to meditate together with us. Tap here to find our scheduled live meditation.

The Transformative Effects of Solar Eclipses

A Solar Eclipse is a more intense and transformative New Moon. Like any other New Moon, it inaugurates a new cycle of development and represents a moment to set intentions for the time ahead. The emphasis is now on the intellectual sign of Gemini, a Mutable Air archetype. The prominence of the Mutable modality and the Air element is highlighting the importance of flexibility and adaptability, and bringing up the need to remain available to change our perspective and our strategy.

Solar Eclipses happen two to three times a year when the Moon forms a conjunction with the Sun while they are close to the Lunar Nodes, points in space marking the intersection of the orb of the Moon and the apparent path of the Sun from our perspective on Earth. The Moon travels between the Earth and the Sun, temporarily covering part of the Sun: the fact that, on Solar Eclipses, sunlight can’t reach us has been considered an omen of impending change since the beginning of time.

During an Annular Solar Eclipse, the remaining visible portion of the Sun looks like a ring around the Moon. The Solar Eclipse happening on June 10, 2021, will be at least partly visible from much of Europe, the Northern part of the US and Canada, as well as much of Asia, Northern and Western Africa, and the Arctic. To watch this cosmic event safely, we must protect our eyes with proper gear.

During Eclipse season, the veil between worlds becomes thinner: we have been traversing a portal of unpredictable transformation, a very karmic time in which everything is possible. Taking the time we need to integrate and digest the event taking place now is crucial: we can’t expect to have it all figured out yet. Welcoming any changes in our plans will help us adapt to what happens more peacefully.

Solar Eclipse conjunct the North Node in Gemini: New Learning Cycle

The Lunar Eclipse we experienced on May 26 was a Full Moon happening on the South Node, the point relative to our karmic past. It brought up a feeling of not knowing what to believe in anymore: many of us noticed a sensation of reliving the past in some way, as old fears, patterns, emotions, and behaviors resurfaced.

The Solar Eclipse in Gemini takes place while the Sun and the Moon are on the North Node of the Moon. This point, also referred to as Rahu in Vedic Astrology, correlates with our collective evolutionary direction, with the archetypal qualities we are encouraged to integrate as a way to move away from stagnation and past security attachments that aren’t supporting our growth any longer.

On this Eclipse, many of us are feeling confused and disillusioned: we are experiencing a lot of mental overwhelm and we crave clarity. However, nothing feels certain yet. While the Eclipse has the function of connecting us with our sense of purpose, we are likely to feel there is still something unresolved, and we may feel frustrated as we still have trouble thinking clearly and rationally.

Solar Eclipse conjunct Mercury & square Neptune: Clouded Perceptions

The Sun and the Moon are conjunct retrograde Mercury, and they are all in a square aspect to Neptune, the Master of Illusions. In particular, Mercury square Neptune has been going on since May 20, significantly clouding our perception of reality.

These alignments make it challenging to see things clearly and interpret what we experience in an objective and detached way. Neptune is a transcendental and spiritual planet, which tends to be perceived as vague and confusing. When Neptune is strongly active, it always increases our fantasy and leaves a lot of room for imagination, which can be good or bad.

The archetypal conflict between Gemini and Pisces is currently prominent: the rulers of the two signs, Mercury and Neptune, are both in their domicile and both in aspect to the Sun and the Moon. While Gemini tries to make sense of reality through logic and rationality, Pisces wants us to simply accept what is present and release all efforts to understand it.

The Moon square Neptune loosens our psychic and emotional boundaries: we may be more prone to absorbing other people’s emotions without realizing it, distinguishing what feelings are ours and which ones aren’t may be harder. This aspect reflects heightened sensitivity, receptivity, and impressionability.

The Sun square Neptune reflects confusion around our sense of purpose and the purpose of our experiences. At this point, we may not be able to understand the higher meaning of what we are going through, of the changes we are experiencing, of our growth process. Our self-confidence may suffer from it, and we may feel more insecure around putting ourselves out there or asserting our choices.

Retrograde Mercury square Neptune highlights feelings of disorientation. While Mercury seeks logical understanding, Neptune teaches us to surrender to forces beyond our control, improvise and flow with life rather than trying to make sense of it.

This aspect reminds us to trust our intuition, and that inspiration can come from unexpected places. Cutting distractions, spending time in stillness, connecting with Nature, and avoiding excessive use of technology will help us remain calmer and more centered, and cultivate faith in whatever life brings on our path.

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini

New Moon Solar Eclipse trine Saturn: Discipline and Boundaries

The Sun, the Moon, and retrograde Mercury in Gemini are in a loose trine to Saturn in Aquarius, also in retrograde motion. Trines are supportive alignments that reflect an easy flow of energy between celestial bodies occupying signs of the same element, in this case, Air.

Retrograde Saturn in Aquarius promotes the process of questioning our current thinking and communication patterns. This transit supports us in restructuring the way we intellectually relate with and interpret reality and putting our ideas into discussion to see if they are still valid and useful.

Saturn helps us set boundaries relative to the information we take in and the amount and quality of social interactions we participate in, reminding us to choose the frequency we want to align with and not compromise on that. The trine between the Eclipse and Saturn facilitates healthy discipline and helps us avoid excessive distractions, to bring us closer to a deeper level of integrity and self-mastery.

Meanwhile, we are experiencing one of the peak moments of the signature transit of 2021. Saturn is forming a square aspect to Uranus in Taurus, which will be exact on June 14 but is already active. Their alignment corresponds to the need to deal with the resistance we encounter as we try to challenge the existing structure and build new ones that better resonate with our individuality. We may experience conflict with authority figures, and a sudden urge to break free from limitations may result in impulsive actions and unexpected confrontations.

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini: Finding Peace amid Chaos

During these days, many of us are likely to notice a sense of dissonance between the ideas and beliefs we are attached to and the new information that is emerging, contradicting what we considered to be true, challenging something we have built a sense of security upon.

At this time, we are encouraged to be present with the feeling of not knowing and accept our current inability to make complete sense out of what we are experiencing, rather than trying to force the immediate resolution of situations that are causing discomfort. Uncovering lies may be a common experience, and feelings of disillusionment and deception may result.

The sense of blurriness and fogginess is likely to unravel and give space to more clarity after Mercury has stationed direct, on June 22, and especially after it completes its third square to Neptune, on July 7. Until then, the lesson is to find ways to connect to a sense of inner peace amid chaos and confusion. We are learning to navigate through possible misunderstandings by striving to be as authentic as possible, as honest as possible, both with ourselves and others.

Mercury in Sagittarius: a Global Vision

On December 1, 2:51 PM ET, Mercury entered fiery and lively Sagittarius. After spending more time than usual in Scorpio, due to its retrograde cycle, the planet of logic and communication has moved on and will stay in Sagittarius until December 20.

We are coming out of a long season of introspection and self-reflection, during which we deeply analyzed our own psyche and the psychology of people around us to find out what is beneath the surface and discover the deeper motivations and intentions behind situations and events.

While Mercury was in Scorpio, our mental focus was completely within: now, it’s going to be the opposite. Mercury’s journey through philosophical Sagittarius is a transit that reflects a natural opening towards the social sphere and an increased need to exchange thoughts and opinions with others, laugh, and have a good time.

Sagittarius: Meaning, Faith, and Purpose

Sagittarius corresponds to our need to give meaning to our existence. The evolutionary transition from Scorpio to Sagittarius reflects the moment in which we find a new sense of purpose and faith after an existential crisis, a Dark Night of the Soul, which caused a complete psychological death and rebirth.

mercury in sagittarius

The sign of Sagittarius correlates to the archetype of the teacher, the philosopher, and the pilgrim. It is the seeker of the Zodiac, on an ongoing quest for self-discovery and truth. Authenticity is one of the keywords related to Sagittarius, which is strongly connected with our instinct as well as with Natural Laws.

Sagittarius needs absolute freedom to explore reality as felt in any given moment: this sign desires to live in the present and enjoy life to the fullest. The expansion of consciousness through direct experience is the ultimate goal: Sagittarius aims to find the true purpose of every adventure by learning from observation and correlation and an ongoing trial and error process.

Mercury: Deductive Reasoning, Logic, and Rationality

Mercury’s function is to help us make sense of reality. The planetary ruler of Gemini and Virgo allows us to intellectually classify and give names to the world around us. Mercury corresponds to how we communicate our internal reality to others, to how we learn, gather, and absorb information and data, to how we manage and handle the tasks and chores of everyday life.

Mercury reflects left brain functions and is associated with deductive reasoning, with linear and rational thinking patterns. It corresponds to our immediate environment and to the way we interface with our surroundings. On the contrary, Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, rules the right brain, inductive reasoning, non-linear, intuitive thinking patterns. Jupiter corresponds to those long journeys in which we get to interact with different cultures, discover new philosophies and ways of perceiving the world. It is related to our belief system and to the way we tend to attribute meaning to our existence.

Mercury in Sagittarius: Bridging the Left and Right Brain

During the transit of Mercury through Sagittarius, we will experience the natural conflict between the left and the right brain. According to traditional Astrology, Mercury is considered to be in its “detriment” in Sagittarius, meaning that the energy of the two archetypes may have some difficulty to blend well: in fact, Mercury is at home in Gemini, the opposite sign. Sagittarius, archetypally speaking, doesn’t have a lot of patience with details: it is naturally focused on the big picture and prefers learning from direct experience rather than spending hours on books.

However, Mercury in Sagittarius offers us important opportunities for growth by allowing us to create bridges between the left and the right hemispheres of the brain. If we are able to harness the full potential of this transit, we have a great chance to develop both our intuition and our capacity for critical thinking.

Mercury in Sagittarius: a Global Vision

The journey of Mercury through Sagittarius has the potential to help us significantly shift our mental approach to reality by inviting us to focus on the big picture while promoting a sense of hope and an optimistic outlook towards the future. During the upcoming weeks, we get a big chance to connect all the separate parts of the whole and develop a global vision of any issue we are interfacing with.

Nonetheless, we need to be mindful of not neglecting important details, avoid excessive generalizations, and be careful of not being too blunt, preachy, self-righteous, or inappropriately sarcastic, which can be some of the downsides of this transit.

Moreover, Mercury will exactly conjunct the Sun and the Moon on the South Node during the potent New Moon Total Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius, taking place on December 14. This configuration represents a strong invitation to release old ways of thinking and learning, as well as beliefs and assumptions belonging to the past that are holding us back from moving forward and aligning with the person we are becoming.

Mercury in Sagittarius will be supporting our journey towards self-knowledge and authenticity. This transit can help us become aware of thought patterns and prejudices that are not rooted in our personal truth and don’t reflect our worldview but rather represent a product of our conditioning.

Sagittarius Season 2020: a Cycle of Expansion

On November 21, the Sun enters Sagittarius at 3:40 PM ET, just a few hours after Venus began her journey through Scorpio. Sagittarius season 2020 is starting and inaugurating a cycle of expansion and growth.

The Sun emerges from the Underworld with a newfound desire to explore and learn. Sagittarius season will inspire us to seek the higher meaning and the deeper purpose of what we are going through: we are embarking on a personal and collective quest for truth and authenticity.

Sagittarius: On a Quest for Truth

Sagittarius, the ninth archetype of the Zodiac, is a Yang or masculine Fire sign with a Mutable quality. It is ruled by Jupiter, the giant of the Solar system, the planet of abundance and good fortune, also known as the ‘Great Benefic’ in traditional Astrology.

Sagittarius correlates to intuitive knowing, to our inner wisdom, to our innate attunement to Nature and to the Natural Laws. Sagittarius has a global vision, it is constantly focused on the big picture. This sign aspires to learn through direct experience, observation and correlation, and an ongoing process of trial and error, rather than from books and technical study.

The philosopher of the Zodiac, Sagittarius is the archetype that inspires us to ask the big questions around the meaning of life, around the nature of reality, around ethics and morality, religion and dogma. This sign is committed to the pursuit of truth and desires to connect to what is authentic and natural.

During the yearly transit of the Sun through Sagittarius, we naturally attune to the big picture. We feel more connected to what happens in the world; we desire to explore different cultural traditions, philosophies, and belief systems to expand our understanding of reality, and get a glimpse of the meaning of the human experience. Sagittarius season 2020 is inviting us to broaden our mental horizons, reconnect with our intuition, trust the wisdom of Nature, and align with Natural Laws.

Eclipse Season 2020: Karmic Shifts

During Sagittarius Season 2020, the Eclipse portal is opening, inviting radical change and increasing the speed of our evolutionary journey. Extremely significant karmic shifts will take place for us all. While the Sun transits through Sagittarius, we will experience a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Gemini and a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius.

Eclipses happen when the Sun and the Moon align on the Lunar Nodes, currently transiting Sagittarius and Gemini. The South Node is a point in space symbolizing our collective and personal past, while the North Node represents our evolutionary direction. They are located where the path of the Moon and the apparent path of the Sun intersect.

The Full Moon in Gemini happening on November 30 will be a penumbral Lunar Eclipse: the Moon will loosely conjunct her North Node while the Sun will be approaching the South Node. The Eclipse on the North Node in Gemini invites us to open up to different perspectives, points of view, to listen to others’ opinions, and to seek new and diverse sources of information.

On December 14, a Solar Eclipse is taking place: the Sun, the Moon, and Mercury will all be on the Sagittarius South Node. Their purpose is to bring to our awareness what needs to be integrated and understood in order to move forward. Since Mercury is the planet ruling the Gemini North Node, there could be a theme of needing to go back and review something before moving on. At this time, issues related to the past are quite likely to resurface to be solved and released, in order for us to be able to transition towards the future.

The Galactic Center is Activated

Both the Sun and Mercury will form their yearly alignment with the Galactic Center on December 18. The Galactic Center is a supermassive black hole and the point in space representing the rotational center of our Galaxy, the Milky Way. It is situated at approximately 27° Sagittarius, and it moves only 1° every 72 years.

The Galactic Center is a point of collective learning experiences: once a year when the Sun transits there, it directs our conscious awareness on the multidimensionality of existence. When celestial bodies align with the center of our Galaxy, they invite us to remember our true, infinite nature and to honor our connection to the Cosmos.

sagittarius season 2020

When the Galactic Center is activated by planets in transit our evolutionary process is accelerated intensely. As a result, we may witness a crisis of faith, a breakdown of something linked with our sense of meaning or our belief system. This process has the function to trigger our awakening by exposing the challenges that need to come to the surface and by encouraging us to let go of what is not serving our growth.

Sagittarius Season 2020: Honoring our Vision and Respecting Others

Sagittarius Season 2020 is an invitation to embrace our own belief system and worldview without trying to convince others to adopt the same perspective: we need to remember and respect that everyone is on their journey, everyone has their timing, and everyone has their belief system.

“The truth is always something that is told, not something that is known. If there were no speaking or writing, there would be no truth about anything. There would only be what is.” ― Susan Sontag

The South Node will be in Sagittarius until 2022: the purpose of this transit is to encourage us to let go of any arrogance, dogmatism, self-righteousness, and belief that our truth is the only truth. These will be ongoing themes during Sagittarius season 2020 because the South Node will be powerfully activated by the Eclipses.

There is no one size fits all and, throughout the upcoming weeks, we are encouraged to follow our own path and our own vision while honoring and accepting the fact that other people are doing the same and that their truth may be different than ours.

Sagittarius Season 2020: Preparing for the Great Conjunction

After the Eclipse season, on December 17 and 19, both Saturn and Jupiter will enter Aquarius, and they will be exactly conjunct on the Winter Solstice, on December 21. A lot of energy is about to move from earthy Capricorn to Aquarius, an Air archetype: our attention will shift from practicality and from the material, 3D reality to the world of ideas, to our ideologies, and our visions for the future.

Sagittarius season and the powerful Eclipses taking place are preparing us for the ‘Great Conjunction’ between Jupiter and Saturn, and they are setting the stage for the collective paradigm shift taking place at the end of the year. Their purpose is to help us envision the reality we want to create: these alignments will remind us to choose love over fear, to focus on our dreams, and to believe in ourselves and in our capacity to manifest them.

North Node in Gemini & South Node in Sagittarius

North Node in Gemini & South Node in Sagittarius – May 5th 1:48am EST through January 2022.

The nodes of the Moon are shifting from Capricorn and Cancer into Gemini and Sagittarius on May 5th 2020. This is a significant shift that will shake up the energetic climate of planet Earth.

Let’s explore the significance of the North and South Node, their new home of Gemini/Sagittarius, Eclipses and times in history when we have experienced these themes.

Understanding the Nodes

The Nodes of the Moon are not literal celestial bodies, but instead they are points of intersection. They are where the Sun and Moon’s orbits align. The north and south node are always opposite each other, just like the directions on a compass. These nodes shift signs approximately every 18-20 months.

The nodes dictate where Eclipses occur in the Zodiac. Since they are points where the Sun and Moon’s orbits align, when we have a New Moon or Full Moon near the nodes, we experience an Eclipse. Think about these points of alignment as high speed trains that quickly deliver us to a destination. They get straight to it and their energy can be somewhat intense.

north node in gemini

We are moving away from the nodes’ transit of Capricorn/Cancer. That cycle began in November 2018. As we embark on a new level of learning it’s key to take a moment to look back. What have we learned since November 2018? Where have we shifted? Where has the Universe gotten straight to the point?

Moving forward, we can take this wisdom and integrate it into these new cycles. Beginning in June we will start to experience Eclipses and until then we are getting our bearings and the lay of this new land.

Freedom, Communication, Information and Ideas

The North Node represents True North. It’s the direction we are collectively heading, or the chapter humanity is studying. We will be learning the themes of Gemini until January 2022.

These themes include freedom, communication, information and ideas. Gemini is an air sign that often dwells in the logical realms. It’s what we think, how we speak to ourselves and what we say to others. It’s the free thinker or free spirit.

North Node in Gemini: Flying Freely

Let’s use the analogy of dandelions to convey this energy. This plant spreads their seeds by letting the wind take them. They fly all over and end up bountifully growing on every lawn in the neighbourhood. Their growth is contagious, if it’s free to fly.

Everyone has a different opinion on dandelions, and Gemini knows what it likes and what it does not. Some people are going to pull out the weeds, others are going to add them to their salads.

 Information is Key

This translates to information. As we embark on this transit information is going to be spreading like dandelions. The wind will plant new ideas or inspirations for some. Others might try to pull out or stop these new concepts from growing.

There will always be the people who attempt to control where the seeds can fly. However, any one who tries to pull out all the weeds knows this is impossible.

Humanity is learning the power of information. The Universe is spreading seeds everywhere, and there are certain groups who are going to try and stop these seeds from growing.

North Node in Gemini: Making Up Our Own Minds

The beauty is that we all have our own gardens. We can let whatever we want grow in them. We get to make up our minds about where we receive information and what ideas we integrate into our lives.

Maybe we grew up with a parent who hated weeds in their garden so we were always pulling them out. Maybe we meet a friend who loves those same weeds. This transit is about changing our minds and expanding our attitudes.

We have the chance to do things differently. This might mean we look to new places for our information. This might mean we start to spread and share the innate wisdom within us. Ideas and attitudes can spread through communication. When communication is limited or censored, there is only so much room for innovation.

North Node in Gemini: Doing our Homework

This transit is here to clear out space within our minds in order for new solutions to come into play. However, nothing worth creating is easy. The North Node in Gemini is our homework and that requires a commitment on our part.

The Universe isn’t going to hand us the clarity we seek. We have to commit to fighting for it. This transit is showing us where we are free to fly like the dandelion seeds, and where we are not free. As we reach for the free spirited energy of Gemini, our limitations are going to become evident.

North Node in Gemini: Information Illuminates

Communication and information is what illuminates our planet. Anyone or anything who tries to limit that is creating ignorance on the Planet. Our parents could really trigger us, but if we silence them and refuse to listen we’ll be silenced in return. Our growth is stunted when we shut each other out.

This does not mean we have to believe everything we hear, but it does mean being willing to listen. It also means speaking up when we have something to say.

Above all else this is about fighting for the freedom to communicate. We do this by becoming aware of the limitations and asking questions instead of complying.

North Node in Gemini: Getting Curious

Gemini energy is inquisitive and curious. It wants to think about all the scenarios and possibilities. As the North Node transits Gemini we are learning to embrace this approach. We don’t have to take everything at face value. We don’t have to believe all the facts or figures. But what we have to do is ask questions. As we ask questions, we create space for the truth to surface.

If we sit back and take everything as it’s delivered, the truth might remain hidden. Instead, we can transform by thinking outside the box and asking questions. This curiosity will lead us to more information, and in turn more illumination.

South Node in Sagittarius: Trusting Our Wisdom

The South Node represents where we’ve been. It’s the direction we are coming from or the chapter we have just read. It’s the song we have memorized and will always remember. The South Node is our innate wisdom. We don’t have to think about it, we just know it.

During this time the South Node is transiting Sagittarius, which is an open hearted, free spirit and big picture energy. The Universe exists in each atom. We are learning to trust our innate wisdom. To look within ourselves for the truth. We can cultivate that sense of hope when we trust what we know. The bigger picture is on our sides. By trusting ourselves we can question when things feel off in the world.

North Node in Gemini: Mind Full or Mindful?

If our desktop is packed with icons we might feel cluttered and confused. During this transit we can imagine our minds are computers. Is our inner screen full and cluttered? Can we make space within our minds, attitudes and intellect? This is not something that will happen overnight; patience and perseverance are key.

North Node in Gemini: Seeing the Path

When our minds are clear we are able to see the path in front of us. If we are scattered and stressed our limbic system will kick in and we can feel confused. There are so many reasons to feel afraid. There are so many unknowns. There is so much confusion.

Finding that place of knowing within us is the first step to finding our paths. If we look outside of ourselves for answers, we will be bombarded with information and misinformation.

North Node in Gemini + History

The last time we experienced this energy was October 14 2001 through April 14 2003. This was a time when everything was changing. After the extreme chaos of September 2001 many were left confused and in fear about the future. Perhaps, we are feeling the same way after an intense spring of 2020.

Back then, certain stories and information conveyed as facts limited our perceptions. We were told to believe official narratives and because we did not have the same access to the internet as we do today, the option to open our minds might have not been there. We might have had questions but felt full of fear, so we could not ask them. Maybe we were young back then and did not feel we could question the stories of authorities.

north node in gemini

Gemini is an air sign. Sagittarius is associated with travel and exploring new horizons. It’s interesting to note that back in 2001-2003, the last time we saw this transit, how we travelled and air travel specifically shifted. Once again, we are seeing changes in how and where we can travel.

The nodes in Gemini and Sagittarius are once again occurring during a time where planet Earth has had a plot twist. Something has happened that not many saw coming. We’ve all experienced a collective shock.

North Node in Gemini: Seeking out Information

This time is different because now we get to make up our minds about what is happening. We are each entitled to our opinions. We can search and seek out information. However, we can’t sit back and expect the truth to be miraculously delivered. We have to be willing to work hard to foster a connection to our inner knowing, and then go out into the world with curiosity.

We have to be courageous and ask questions. We can’t let someone else tell us what is or what isn’t. We don’t have to believe everyone, but we will benefit from being open to listening to others. Part of making up our minds is listening to the options and then choosing which ones feel right for us.

This transit is teaching us the power of freedom. We see that power playing out as a dandelion that spreads its seeds in the wind. We are learning that freedom is not something to take for granted. We are learning true freedom starts within. It begins by believing in ourselves and committing to enquiring about the world around us. As we think critically and trust our innate knowings, we transform the world.

We are very thankful that you read this article and we would be super grateful if you can share with others. During these times of uncertainty we all have to question everything and don’t just blindly believe big media. This transit is about information and freedom. Meaning the force is with us, and we have a chance to change the course of humanity. Open your heart. Embrace unconditional love. We are the people. We are one. One love!
